MY 8 D'S OF COACHING
DESIRE: If i did not have the desire and ambition i would not be coaching after fifty years. Passion takes on a new meaning when you put this many years in. Like Fan Box if you don't have the passion and believe, or the desire to keep learning your success will be guided by your earnings.
DEDICATION: This not only involve's myself but my family as well. They dedicate time to fit around your purpose. You have to give up many things in life because if you don't have the dedication you not only let yourself down, but your team as well. Fan Box is the same if we don't dedicate ourselves we don't learn, and as a result don't earn. We also let our coach's down who spend so much time helping us. Think of the dedication it took to get Fan Box to where it is today. In Some cases it can affect your family and even work, our founders can easily relate to this.
DISCIPLINE: This to me is the most important D. Over the years i saw many good ball teams lose because they didn't have the disciplin to play as a team, or in some cases it involved coach's and even parents. Discipline comes from the culture, and program you provide. Fan Box is the same they have guide lines for success coach's and created a culture we must follow. If we want to bend the rules or go our own way Fan Box have the power to cancel your membership. Discipline is a must and Fan Box you have provided a good platform.
DISASTER: This is what you'll get if you don't follow the first three D's in fact it will find you, without you even being prepared for it. Fan Box is the same if i don't listen to my success coach, johnny Cash or follow the rules, i would be the first to wonder why my earning's are down or receive no earnings.
DIPLOMACY: One part of my game i had to work very hard on. No more shooting from the hip or yelling at people.Your not the only one that has a job to do and it took a lot of diplomacy to realize that other people have their feeling's and opinions which matter. When working with athelete's swearing is not a way to get your point across. Fan Box has also created a policy that i would rate the best of the best. No Nudity no Racism and respect humanity wherever you are. Diplomacy is a way of life and Fan Box you have taken this meaning to a new level with so many members to cater to.
DISAPPOINTMENT: A loss is a disappointment but sometimes you have to lose before you know how to win. The biggest challenge and disappointment for me is when i have to tell some boy or girl they did not make the team. It can be very emotional working through the tears but i would rather talk to them face to face and encourage them to stay in the game. I do not like the easy way out we will just send a letter. Fan Box has many disappointments too, you thought you would of earned more money, my CAR scores did not earn very much my success coach didn't approve my ads. My tags aren't right my photo's didn't earn but you know we can do something about it. Read the next D carefully.
DEVELOPMENT: Players to succeed must be developed, they need to learn the basics before they they can increase their skill level. It takes patience it takes repetition and above all they need plenty of encouragement. If they assume they can not do anything right, in the coach's eyes, they can carry this attitude of defeat for many years to come. Fan Box gives us many opportunities to develop. We must learn the basics, and be patient so we can let our skill levels develop. If our success coach's and teacher's did not keep encouraging us i'm sure many would walk away. Our founders have put many skills in place and they are encouraging us all to succeed or humanity will not improve around the world.
DESTINY: We are masters of our own destiny, have we had success, are my players better citizens, are we respected in the communitie. Have we enjoyed reaching our destiny. Remember destiny is quite different from from goal setting. Goal setting can be reached very easily, especially if their set to low and may never be reached if their set to high. Fan Box in my view is the same, we control our own destiny and to avoid disappointment i don't set goals. Fan Box has set sharing and humanity as some of our goals,we know it has already bettered the world by their deeds and our actions. When your completely satisfied with your accomplishment's then you know you have reached your destiny.

YOU MAY NOT ALWAYS SUCCEED BUT IF YOU DON'T KEEP TRYING YOU WILL NEVER SUCCEED
CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM IS WELCOME AS IT BRINGS THE BEST OUT OF MYSELF TO TRY A BETTER WAY
